- About Reno Studio
Reno Studio provides creative and digital services including, but not limited to:
Graphic design, logo design, social media post design, video editing, photography, website design, digital marketing, Facebook/Instagram advertising support, and other digital creative services.
- Service Orders
Clients can contact us through our website, WhatsApp, phone, email, or social media platforms to request a service.
Before starting any project, the client must clearly provide all required details, including text content, images, logo files, brand colors, contact details, references, and any other necessary materials.
Reno Studio will begin the work only after the project details are confirmed and the required advance payment or full payment is received.
- Payments
For most services, Reno Studio may request an advance payment before starting the work.
Depending on the project, the client may be required to pay:
Full payment before starting the project, or
50% advance payment before starting and the balance before final delivery.
All payments must be made using the payment methods provided by Reno Studio.
The final files, high-resolution files, editable files, or completed work may only be delivered after the full payment is completed.
- Revisions
Revisions are provided according to the selected package or service agreement.
A revision means small changes to the existing design or project, such as text changes, color adjustments, image replacement, or minor layout changes.
Major changes, new concepts, complete redesigns, or changes outside the original project brief may require an additional payment.
- Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing correct information, spelling, phone numbers, prices, addresses, images, logos, and all other content required for the project.
Reno Studio will not be responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect details provided by the client.
The client must check and approve the final design or project before publishing, printing, boosting, or using it for business purposes.
- Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the type of service, workload, and the time taken by the client to provide required details and feedback.
Reno Studio will try its best to deliver the work within the agreed time. However, delays may happen due to late client responses, incomplete information, technical issues, or additional revision requests.
- Refund Policy
Advance payments are generally non-refundable once the project has started.
Refunds will not be provided after design work, editing work, advertising setup, website work, or any digital service has already begun.
If Reno Studio is unable to complete a project due to an issue from our side, we may provide a suitable refund or alternative solution based on the completed work status.
No refund will be provided if the client changes their mind after work has started.
- Design Approval
Once the client approves the final design, video, website, or project, Reno Studio will not be responsible for any later spelling mistakes, content errors, pricing mistakes, or incorrect information.
Any changes requested after final approval may be charged separately.
- Copyright & Ownership
After full payment is completed, the client can use the final delivered work for their business, marketing, or personal use.
Reno Studio may use completed works in our portfolio, social media, website, or promotional materials unless the client requests confidentiality before the project starts.
Raw files or editable source files such as PSD, AI, PRPROJ, project files, or other working files are not included unless agreed before the project starts.
Stock images, fonts, templates, music, plugins, or third-party assets may have their own license terms.
- Website Design & Digital Services
For website-related services, the client is responsible for providing hosting, domain access, website content, images, product details, payment gateway information, and other required details.
Reno Studio is not responsible for issues caused by hosting providers, domain providers, third-party plugins, payment gateways, server errors, malware, or third-party service interruptions.
Website maintenance, updates, security checks, backups, and future changes are not included unless agreed separately.
- Social Media Marketing & Advertising
Reno Studio may provide social media marketing, Facebook/Instagram ad support, content creation, and campaign setup services.
We do not guarantee fixed sales, leads, followers, engagement, or business results from any campaign. Results may depend on budget, market demand, product quality, offer, location, audience, competition, and customer response.
The client is responsible for providing correct business information, offers, product details, prices, and approvals before running advertisements.
- Third-Party Platforms
Reno Studio may use third-party platforms such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, WordPress, WooCommerce, payment gateways, hosting providers, or other online tools.
We are not responsible for account restrictions, policy changes, platform errors, rejected advertisements, downtime, or issues caused by third-party platforms.
- Data & Privacy
Reno Studio may collect basic client information such as name, phone number, email address, business details, project details, and payment information to provide our services.
We will use client information only for communication, project handling, service delivery, and business purposes.
Sri Lanka has a Personal Data Protection Act, and the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka was established under the PDPA to regulate personal data processing and protect privacy.

- Prohibited Content
Reno Studio has the right to reject work that contains illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, adult, hateful, violent, political, religiously offensive, or copyrighted content without proper permission.
We also reserve the right to refuse any project that may damage our reputation or violate platform policies or Sri Lankan law.
- Limitation of Liability
Reno Studio will not be responsible for indirect losses, business losses, loss of profits, data loss, advertising losses, or damages caused by the use of our services.
Our maximum responsibility will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
- Changes to Terms
Reno Studio may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the latest updated date.
