1. No Refund Policy
Reno Studio provides digital and creative services such as graphic design, logo design, social media post design, video editing, website design, digital marketing, and other digital services.
Since our services involve creative work, time, planning, designing, editing, and digital delivery, we do not offer refunds once the payment has been made and the work has started.
2. No Returns Policy
As Reno Studio provides digital services and digital files, there are no physical products to return.
Therefore, returns are not accepted for any completed or delivered digital service, design, video, website, marketing work, or creative project.
3. Advance Payments
Any advance payment made to start a project is non-refundable.
Advance payments are used to reserve time, begin planning, start design work, editing, communication, and project preparation.
4. Completed Work
Once a design, video, website, or any digital work is completed or delivered, the payment is non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for checking all details before final approval, including text, spelling, phone numbers, prices, addresses, images, logos, and other information.
5. Revisions Instead of Refunds
If the client is not satisfied with the work, Reno Studio may provide revisions according to the selected package or project agreement.
Revisions include minor changes such as text changes, color changes, image replacement, or small layout adjustments.
Major changes, new concepts, or complete redesigns may require an additional payment.
6. Cancellation
If a client cancels the project after work has started, the payment or advance payment will not be refunded.
If the project has not started yet, Reno Studio may review the situation and decide whether any refund is possible. This decision will be made only by Reno Studio.
7. Digital Products and Services
The following services are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Graphic design
- Logo design
- Social media post design
- Video editing
- Website design
- Digital marketing services
- Facebook / Instagram advertising setup
- Photography editing
- Digital files
- Any custom creative work
8. Client Approval
Once the client approves the final work, Reno Studio will not be responsible for any mistakes found later.
Any changes requested after final approval may be charged separately.
